    Good rooms although bathrooms look a bit outdated, but still charming.

    August was unusually hot and the room didnot have a/c or a fan.

    Not real convenient for a businessman who works out of room at nights.

    The heat is more than sufficient, but no AC (in summer the temperature can get up around 80F) So I can be a little on the sticky side in July and August.

    Opening the window was an option but the street noise was normally waking you up.

    No facilities available except the restaurant and bar.

    The restaurant is good, breakfast menu changes everyday.

    The breakfast buffet in the morning was the best of 3 hotels I had previously stayed at.

    Customer service is excellent, with the exception of the language barrier (although many employees speak some english and try their best) Food.

    IT was only available in the reception area at the time I was there.

    Staff were not friendly and not very helpful with finding my way around.

    The receptionists/security/cooks and waitresses were excellent.
