Restaurant Truong was 5 mins walk away. We would happily return if we go to Saipan. Location was within 10 min walking distance to unai chalan kiya. We appreciated staying at saipan world resort

This resort is a great family-friendly option with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The waterpark is a favorite, and there are opportunities to snorkel or take a boat to a nearby island. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, and the staff is always willing to help. The resort features well-maintained facilities such as a fitness room and a sports bar.

The Wi-Fi connection in the lobby is the only downside, with guests having to navigate a crowded, shared terminal.

we would recommend the hotel. easy access to what saipan has to offer, only 3 miles to old japanese jail. 1000 feet away from the property there is the airstream cafe, which is a good dining choice.

Great water park for all the family to enjoy, multiple big slides, lazy river, jungle wave, kiddie splash pool, two regular-sized pools, and a jacuzzi. Lifeguards everywhere are friendly, accommodating, and attentive.

The snack bar was average in price, portion, and taste. The rooms were clean but lacking amenities, no bathrobes, or room service available.

The hotel provides two complementary facts: free WIFI and a magic show. The hotel's location is great, close to shopping areas and supermarkets. The hotel also has a water park that is a great advantage, offering various water slides and a wave pool.

The room service was not up to the mark. It took a long time to get our room cleaned.

The resort is conveniently located next to an outdoor weekly market, which is perfect for shopping for souvenirs. Additionally, the restaurant offers a stunning view of the river, creating a peaceful and picturesque dining experience. The hotel's beach is just steps away, providing easy access to the crystal-clear water and vibrant marine life. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with amenities such as complimentary bath products and cozy bedding. The friendly staff ensures excellent service, promptly accommodating requests for extra towels and blankets.

One downside is that the jacuzzi was occasionally dirty, which impacted the overall experience.
