Located in an excellent central area for shopping, this hotel is just a stone's throw away from a mall with numerous cafes and shops. The reception staff are friendly and quick, and the TV channels offer a great selection for sports enthusiasts. The rooms are good for the price, and the food at the restaurant is tasty. The waiting staff are friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant dining experience.
The hotel is in need of a refurbishment.

The breakfast spread was delightful, with a wide range of choices from traditional to western cuisine. Location-wise, it's in a central area with easy access to points of attraction and shopping malls. The staff was welcoming and courteous, making the stay more enjoyable.
The room needs some upgrading, as it looked dated and tired. The air conditioning did not work properly and the bed sheets and carpet were dirty.

The hotel was able to accommodate the high demand of guests with a variety of facilities and services, including a swimming pool and fitness center. The breakfast selection was excellent and the staff was friendly and attentive.
The room was in dire need of renovation and smelled musty. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat.
