Even though I booked through the hotel, I was forced on arrival to reserve $1,500 on my credit card for any potential incidental cost.
This hotel is gorgeous, the building is very clean and for the best rates watch their website.
The location is fantastic, the beach menu is very good and the hotel is very well located.
Great location for everything, the perfect place to stay visiting South Beach and the staff has always been extremely polite and punctual.

Clean main reception area - the carpets on the main corridors are horrendous - dingy, the hotel could not be in a better location and the staff is one of the best around.

The service is a bit better, in terms of quietness the rooms are extra soundproofed is fantastic and behind the pool is a very nice garden.
This hotel is absolutely fabulous and the lobby is a beautiful white open space.
