This hotel is very european. My room was more like an apartment and I enjoyed the quiet, simple ambiance very much. The innkeeper was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you are attending a conference and you don't want to be in the mainstream but still want to be close to everything, since it is just a block and a half from the conference center, but also only two blocks from the beach. I hope to return for a romantic long weekend with my husband.

    The location was great!

The atomsphere was very strange. The staff seemed unhappy and were not communicative. The room wasn't as advertised, it lacked features such as a working cooker and the toilet didn't work.

rooms are large, comfortable, and very reasonable for a family stay. The garden in the interior courtyard provided a relaxing atmosphere, Location a few blocks from the beach was excellent.

There is noise from construction on the street adiacent to the hotel, but this is a temporary issue. The front desk is disorganized: reserved 5 nights in booking and hotel had a record of three nights. Breakfast could be improved offering tea, cereal and yogurt. Hotel kitchen is not clean or neat.

Everything is fine, Mrs Dina is kind and helpful. The accomodation (more similar to a residence than to an hotel) is daily well cleaned, silent and rooms seem to be little suites.

Be careful, the payment is in advance (as soon as you arrive) and once you have paied, if you decide to stay less days than already booked, the hotel management won't give you back anything, neither the nights you haven't spent yet.

Owner made us feel very comfortable. Very clean and very cozy

The mildew smell is very strong in the stairwell the carpeting needs to be changed. Would have liked bottled water in room and coffee.

Large room, clean, close to the beach

On the 20th street (art deco district on 5 to 11th), quite a walk from there....

The warm welcome of the lady of the house, beautiful room with a lot of space and comfort, and the perfect location in town. The room was very clean. The staff was modest and very friendly and helpfull.

the breakfast was a bit poor, however there was a plenty of fruit, and we had a lot of noise from the street.

Outstanding and very friendly staff, always helpful and taking care. Hotel has a very nice inner courtyard where breakfast is served and is inviting to chill in hammocks. Rooms (1bed- 1living room + kitchen) at the ground floor have a little terrace/porch which makes your already large room/apartment even bigger. Very nice and relaxing atmosphere. Best possible rating for a 3* Hotel. Location: 3 to 5 minutes to beach, museums, shopping, restaurants, just perfect.

Some of the furniture are more classic then comfortable but this part of the charm of this place.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. My family was treated very well and we felt pampered. The suite we stayed in was very spacious, clean, and private.

unfortunately there is a lot of construction in the area and surrounding the hotel making it very dusty and loud. Actually my room was right next to a building thats being totally constucted the workers are very loud. they woke us up early every morning.

Suite instead of a room was very spacious, immaculately clean and terrific value for money. Instead of paying $500.00 a night for a small room on the beach, we got a three room suite including a small kitchen, a living room, one en-suite bedroom with nice king size bed and a small "nook" with two twin beds for $150.00/night plus tax. The hotel was three short blocks from South Beach. Atmosphere of hotel could be classified as "funky", different, but staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Ps, Continental breakfast was included in the rate.No facilities to speak of except a pleasant courtyard full of greenery and a jacuzzi that was not working the weekend we were there. Parking on the street was $20.00/day since it was a zoned residential area.

Minor complaint, but eggs were supposed to be included with the breakfast. The second day of our stay, we were all of a sudden charged for eggs.

Sadigo Court is really cool! The interior, rooms, the garden are lovely. The staff is nice and helpfull. The rooms are comfortable - wooden floors, nice kitchen, perfect view from the window, nice lighting, air conditioning - it's a very good place indeed! The breakfast is included what is not common for the US but it is really a good thing. Fresh juice & coffee, tosts & jam, bloomy tropical garden...mmm, that is cool! Highly recommend.Location is perfect - two minutes to Collins avenue + parking.

We had a very good stay at this hotel as the inkeeper (Dinah) was very helpful from the minute we stepped into the door. The hotel is located very close to the beach (three blocks) and there was many good shops in close distance. The Avis rental car centre was also located close by and it was very easy to go and pick up a rental car. Parking is not easy there but we were allowed to park right outside the main entrance to the hotel against a fee of 20 dollar/day. It was worth it. The courtyard/housegarden which was surrounded by the hotel was excellent and quiet even though there was construction work going on outside the hotel. Breakfast was simple but good. Toast, cheese, jam and fresh melon and bananas were given but for an extra fee you could get fried eggs as well. The eggs was nicely made and worth the extra cash. The suite we rented was very clean and spacy and had a private balcony to the courtyard were we ate our breakfast every morning. Ultimately, this was a very nice and quiet hotel with excellent staff and we would definately go back if we ever stop by Miami again.

Not so many negative things to say about this place but we where a bit stunned that there was no ventilation in the bathroom.
