The apartment had 2 floors, perfect for a group of 6 friends. It was a 3 minute walk from Broadstreet. The kitchen facilities were excellent with proper utensils, cutlery, and an oven. The staff were friendly and made us feel at home. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a good-sized balcony and a nice view.

It had a good range of facilities and furniture, staff where extremely kind and helpful. The location is very good. The air conditioning system is quite effective.
I had stayed in a serviced apartment in the same area before (that was Rotunda). Of course that's a 5 star and saco is a 4, and a lot more economical. But if you really are picky about certain things like spotless cleanliness or having an Apple internet tv, etc. go to Rotunda. Okay, here are my criticisms: The main disappointment was the cleanliness of the apartment: 1. The bath needed serious cleaning - black mould was forming in 3-4 places over it 2. There was considerable amount of dust around when we entered the apartment, specially in the living room Another thing was that the pillows were really bad. I had a pain in my neck for the next 3 days after my stay! Apart from these, everything else was to our satisfaction.
