The hotel had a MAGNIFICENT location close to Musee Charlier Museum. Located in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were very welcoming.

The hotel was fairly clean, charming, had amicable and consistently courteous stuff at reception desk. I was satisfied with extremely spacious rooms complete with shower as well as good bathroom. The breakfast was great, they make a huge variety of meals.

The staff was very friendly and genuinely helpful, so I will be back. Had an unforgettable stay for short business trip, glad I've chosen it. Tea, croissants, fresh bread, cereal, and yoghourt were a stand out. It had central location close to Claridge Arena. An underground station was close to the venue.

Conveniently priced with amazing location. Nice and caring staff. Okay breakfast, with coffee, juice, sweat treats, cheese. Plenty of nearby restaurants and sandwich bars. Close to subway, but walking to city center, royal palace, or European neighbor is enjoyable. Supermarket nearby just in case.

Small rooms and lack of cleanliness...

The hotel staff were incredibly nice and helpful. In my opinion, it is mostly the people, who make the difference. The hotel is practically in the center, walking distance almost anywhere. At the same time, the neighbourhood really has a genus loci, with small Belgian and foreign restaurants, cafés and shops. The hotel is very small and cosy, so there are no crowds and queues at breakfast time or at the reception.

In my opinion, it is rather a hostel than a hotel. The price was a bit high for me.

Hotel was good, not luxury, but clean enough. Only garage was too small. I have very big car so I couldn't fit in the garage from the hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the Madou metro station and at walk distance to the main tourist attractions of Bruxelles. The hotel staff was very friendly. Conditions of accommodation could be improved, but you cannot expect too much for less than 50 euro/night. The buffet breakfast is basic, but OK.
