Enjoyed a pleasant stay at a charming hotel with accommodating staff. The location was excellent, close to the riverfront and night market. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a balcony with large windows. The friendly staff provided prompt and helpful service. I would recommend this hotel.

That dam and other nice tourist spots were so close to this hotel. We liked everything at sabaidee at lao including staff and the food.

This hotel is situated in a convenient location near the riverfront, town centre, and main attraction. The hotel offers pick-up service or you can get a taxi easily. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely designed with simple decor. They have attentive and polite staff, and a nice breakfast buffet with lots of choices. You can enjoy happy hour daily in the hotel restaurant. There are no steps in the rooms, and the lighting is very good for your convenience.

There are sometimes some issues with water entering the bathroom floor when using the shower, so it can be inconvenient to manage the water flow.

The Sabaidee offers an excellent location and easy access to the Mekong and restaraunts of Vientiane. I spent 5 nights there for business and there was no need to venture any futher than a kilometer away from the hotel for all the shopping, eating and nightlife

For me there could have been a wider choice on the breakfast menu as a westener, however this would not stop me from staying there again. No swimming pool!

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants, making it easy to find a variety of dining options. Additionally, it is not far from the main attractions and is situated in the center of the city, providing easy access to downtown and other areas of interest.

The bathroom could be improved as it is cramped and the towels were tattered, detracting from an otherwise pleasant stay.

We found this hotel did not live up to the advertised standard. The room service was poor although attention to problems was swift. The room was very small and the booked double bed was twins. The 'free' airport transfer cost $$US10 although the taxi from airport to hotel was only $US6. Overall this was not the experience we expected!

Very beautifully designed and spacious room with the best shower I have seen in a hotel for a long time. Hotel is pretty new. Staff is very helpful.

The most noise sensitive hotel and room I ever stayed in. You can esaisly her your neighbour on the toilette. a/c and fridge also very loud. Breakfast not appropriate for europeans. If you like to have lunch at breakfast then you will find a godd selection of food. But don´t expect breakfast. Just fried eggs, strawberry jam and toast, a few pieces of melon and cornflakes. The coffee is horrible.That´s it! Finally there is free wifi which hardly ever work properly. For the relatively high price in relation hotel cannot be recommended.

Friendly Staff and Location

Staff was welcoming and friendly, always willing to help. Location was great, close to many restaurants and shops. Additionally, the bed was comfortable and the room was tidy.

The breakfast was a letdown, with limited options and low-quality food. The bathroom was old and didn't seem to have been updated in years. It had insufficient lighting and poor water pressure, making showering a challenge. the hotel lacked value for money and needs to be updated.

Large, clean, quiet room. Friendly, English-speaking staff. Attention to detail. Great location near attractions. New and well-maintained hotel. Reasonable laundry cost. Delicious breakfast.

views of local area aren't that flash but it is still a great location nonetheless

5 free internet workstation available for guests means we didn't have to look for internet cafes during our stay in Vientiane. Great location.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless, from the clean rooms to the well-kept hotel facilities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing transportation assistance and made me feel at ease in the city. What I enjoyed the most about this hotel was the location close to the town center, allowing me to easily walk to many of the local restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was also a great touch, offering a wide variety of dishes to choose from.

Everything was spot on and I have no negative aspects to report.
