The hotel had outstanding food and facilities, and the location was superb. The design and decor were tasteful throughout, creating a lovely ambiance. Plus, the two restaurants in the area were also themed and offered great dining options. We loved our stay so much that we ended up extending it for a few more nights.

The spa experience was a letdown. The spa bath enclosure didn't have proper ventilation, resulting in eye-stinging chlorine fumes.

The views were absolutely stunning, with a peaceful and elevated location offering a breathtaking backdrop for relaxation. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond with their service, always with a smile. The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay.

There were a few noise disturbances, such as squeaky floors in our room and loud birds outside the window in the early morning. It would have been nice to have a kettle for tea, as the coffee machine catered more to coffee lovers.

We found it a bit difficult to know exactly where the hotel was, as we were travelling westwards from Es Lombards (no visible signposts, in contrast to travelling along the road from Ses Salines )

On arrival it certainly has the wow factor, lovely bar and restaurant and stunning swimming pool area

By the pool and bar there was a small and charming courtyard leading to the apartments. However we were taken to a room approximately 75 metres away which formed part of the owners house, isolated from the main complex.The room was dated, the television did not work, no hairdryer, no plug in the sink no drinking glasses, bulb had blown in the lamp. Water leaked from the toilet cistern and the wall mounted air conditioning system was so loud that it kept us awake.if turned off the heat made sleeping difficult. These issues were raised with the manager but nothing was done. This was our most expensive stay on the island and the most disappointing

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the pool area offered stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect, providing a peaceful and tranquil setting away from the noise of the city.

Additionally, the room size was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for two people to comfortably stay. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. The option to dine at the hotel was a great convenience, and the menu offered a variety of delicious dishes. Moreover, the location of the hotel was ideal for those seeking a peaceful countryside retreat, while still being within a short distance to Ses Salines town and the coast. I had a wonderful experience at Finca Hotel Rural Es Turo and would highly recommend it.

The bathroom would benefit from a refresh, as it appeared slightly worn. Additionally, in certain rooms, the wooden floors had loose nails sticking out, which could be uncomfortable to walk on.

Value for money was great, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring nearby beaches. The staff treated us with utmost friendliness and helpfulness throughout our stay.

One thing that could make the morning meal better is a greater variety of fresh juices.

We had a lovely time staying at this charming hotel. The beautiful property was tastefully decorated and our room exceeded our expectations. The spaciousness, comfortable bed, and unexpected kitchen were delightful surprises. Even though it was winter, the swimming pools offered a stunning view and the overall landscaping was impressive. The winter-ready restaurant with a cozy fireplace and magical fairy lights added to the ambiance. We highly recommend this place for its beauty, amenities, and relaxing atmosphere.
