Small, simple, family-run ryokan. Nice tatami rooms. Superb, friendly service. Quiet. Clean. Very close to subway. I will stay there again when I'm in Nagoya.

Nothing other than the person at reception, who was helpful and polite.

Everything! It is the worst place we ever stayed at. The carpet is old and stained, the furniture old, but the worst is the smell in the room, which is unbearable. This place should not be allowed to receive tourists. The price was very expensive for what the establishment had to offer.
