The staff's attention to detail is exceptional, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. My Easter stay at this hotel was simply terrific! The first thing I liked was the traditional style rooms, which were spacious and had all the amenities to make us feel comfortable. Secondly, every meal served at the hotel was not only delicious, but was also made with fresh ingredients. The hotel’s location was breathtaking as we were surrounded by mountains and forests.
Despite having an enchanting experience, the Onsen was chlorinated, which caused my skin to react. Additionally, while staying there, we heard some noise from the neighboring rooms which sometimes disturbed our sleep. Nonetheless, overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

The hotel's location is perfect for those who love nature and want to explore the surrounding mountains. It's also close to the cable car station, making it easy to access. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast served is delicious and there are several facilities available, such as a cute and comfortable sitting area with a fireplace.
The lobby area could use some renovations, as it looks a bit outdated.

Spending New Year at this traditional Japanese hotel was a unique and wonderful experience. The friendly staff, who were always willing to help and went above and beyond to make us comfortable, were one of the best parts of our stay. We loved trying the fresh and authentic meals that were made with local ingredients. The onsen was a relaxing oasis with both indoor and outdoor options. the stunning view of the surrounding mountains was truly unforgettable, and the location provided easy access to nearby temples and shrines.
The hotel's remote location made it difficult to find dinner options in the area, especially during off-season. We also experienced some miscommunication with staff regarding room preferences.
