      Very kind and helpfull staff, clean comfortable rooms. Good facilities.

      Great service and staff were pleasant and helpful South facing balcony was a big plus.

      Good location for town centre, handy having car park and typical English beach village. Hotel is very comfortable and staff are excellent. The breakfast offerings are great, lovely bar enjoyed a pre dinner drink and order post dinner drinks.

      Room very comfortable, quiet location and car park within a beautiful town. Very clean and nice hotel, historical buildings in Rye, the gentleman on reception was great. Accommodation was spacious and stylish, sauna added an extra touch of luxury as we used we were the only people in there.

      Breakfast choice was limited by modern standards and could have been a bit more fullsome, the receptionist did apologise and wondered out loud had made up the bill, pool was very cool.

      The room had lovely views, cleanliness and the hotel staff were absolutely amazing, the service was excellent. The bed was comfortable and sauna added an extra touch of luxury as we used we were the only people in there. Breakfast was very good, the pool was quite cool.

      The location was great, the food was of high quality and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and sauna was nice. All three recommended restaurants were excellent and the pool / spa were lovely and we enjoyed thoroughly.
