Good location close to centre and the hotel is very well located on the esplanade in Cairns.

The location of the hotel is ideal for walking into the shopping areas and down to the swimming lagoon next to the marina.

All public areas were clean tidy, overall I would stay again as was in a great location and the staff was quite friendly.

Hotel staff were however, very helpful and the price for the hotel came with free transport to airport which was good.

We spent our last night in Oz in cairnes so we would be close to the airport.

The room had 2 double beds and a double sofa bed.

Very big and beatiful suite,nice bathroom have a spa bath,excellent seaview.

Once we stayed in a suite which was fabulous, but other times it has just been in a studio room.

The bathroom was a decent size with a toilet, the vanity had 2 sinks and the shower was over the large spa bath.

There was a restaurant that served breakfast, lunch and diner, we didn't use it as there was so much choice in the centre and it was much much cheaper than the hotel.

Cant comment on the hotels food, there are too many wonderful restaurants & cafes elsewhere, including great breakfast for half the price of the hotels.

We had breakfast each day in the restaurant and one meal at night and all were good.

The room was large, breakfast in the restaurant was fine and the pool was very nice.

I've had breakfast at the restaurant a couple of times, but usually choose to walk into town to go to one of the cafes around the area.

The pool area was nice, the stay was comfortable and front desk staff were courteous and helpful.

Wonderful service wonderful views and the staff at the hotel are very friendly.

Front desk staff were always nice and eager to help.

The beds were comfy, the pool was great the jacuzzi was very cold and pillows were very comfortable.

The pool looked great and also had a spa.

I didn't try the hotel pool or spa, which seemed small to me.

They had problems with internet (both wireless and broadband) for two days, which was a big inconvenience, since I was travelling for work.

The room was clean and tidy and had all the usual fittings including a fridge.

Service was great and we liked the fact that the rooms were so clean.

Rooms are clean, only a short walk to reef terminal & many restaurants along the boardwalk and nice to have the choice of fan or.

Stayed in a clean, spacious room with view of ocean.

The staff were helpful, the room was clean.
