  Pool area was great, the hotel was easy to find and was handy to the city centre, i loved the lobby was very inviting. The reception staff were wonderful, the Assit Manager was lovely and the deluxe room was very spacious and comfortable and the deal we got felt good value for money. Also no newspapers were available was a bit of a disappointment, towels were clean and the food and service was excellent. Dinner was really tasty and spa was fantastic.

  The building seemed to an old hospital gave a bit of an eerie feeling and a fee applied was fairly high. The pillows were stained.

  Location was really handy for town and our first stay at Rydges Rotorua was lovely. The adult food was generous and good bistro style food, staff were helpful, the rooms I found were clean acceptable. The breakfast was wonderful and the variety and healthy options in the children’s menu was also excellent.

  Spacious room pleasant view good breakfasts pool, lots of other motels in the same street advertise free Wifi and very comfortable and the hotel is in a good central location. The staff are always friendly and keen to help, hot water/Cold water in showers is very fluctuating, great food and accomodation on my first visit to Rotorua.

  Great location and relaxed atmosphere. For the price remaining child friendly, spacious interiors and the staff were efficient, respectful and professional. The room was huge and the fish option was good.
