The location is close to Bridge Road, though as far up Bridge from the city as you can get and not full of a lot of action.

Good location for trams to city and walking distance to many places.

Great location and being able to stay the conference was held was very good.

A short tram ride to the city, and on the Yarra Trail bike path.

Nice little pub across the road and the tram stop was outside the hotel.

The elegantly furnished suite consisted of a huge bedroom with a king size bed, lots of pillows and cushions,.

TV, spacious bed-side tables with reading lamps and 3 (opening) windows with views of the Yarra River and gardens.

Upon arrival, we asked if it was possible to have a room wih a king bed.

Room was large, bed was great, room service outstanding.

A beautiful bathroom with spa bath for two, separate shower, robes and slippers and plenty of storage under the hand-basin.

The restaurant had a fantastic menu and breakfast, and I had several meals there at a great price - Great bar called The Bridge right over the road also.

Shops & restaurants brilliant and nice little pub across the road.

Clean towels, restaurants within easy walk.

The buffet had a great selection of tasty breakfast items.

The many good restaurants in the area, ideal place for our Sons wedding and plus of course the fashion houses "seconds" outlets only a 20 minute walk away or 3 stops on the tram.

Hotel staff were very friendly, the service was amazing and we were updated to a small suite was exceptionally comfortable.

Staff were very pleasant and room service was prompt.

Footy atmosphere was good and the reception staff were very helpful.

The setting was gorgeous, reception staff were good one was not a melbournian and the balcony was great.

Furthermore reasonable parking rates, helpful staff and especially all the different channels on the tv.

The car parking was excellent and the room was lovely but that is where to good parts stop.

It then had me wondering about what else housekeeping had forgotten.

Location good, the hotel room was clean and spacious, the staff were excellent.

    Convenient location to my business and excellent walking paths along the river. Footy atmosphere was good and the reception staff were very helpful. The room was quiet and the restaurant had a fantastic menu.

    Excellent location within easy reach of the city and the magnificent walkway/cycleway along the banks of the Yarra River is accessed via the gardens in front of the hotel. Moreover room had a strange chemical smell and good spread for breakfast.

    The many good restaurants in the area, ideal place for our Sons wedding and plus of course the fashion houses "seconds" outlets only a 20 minute walk away or 3 stops on the tram. In addition excellent customer service on check in, i have stayed in budget accom that had better tvs.

    That was close an handy to the city and was very nice to stay there. The staff were fantastic and the room was serviced daily to a good standard. The buffet had a great selection of tasty breakfast items.
