The location was fabulous and centrally located.
Well Located, the hotel has a very central location within the cbd and all kinds of services available.
It is in a good central location close to shops, bars restaurants etc.
Oh just remembered, the shuttle service returning to the airport the next morning took over an hour - ( a journey of 10-15 minutes) we were collected and then stopped at every hotel in the CBD including a trip past some train station.
We were told to take an early shuttle since the next shuttle wouldn't get us to the airport in time - but we could just as well have waited for the later shuttle as it would have made no difference, the next shuttle was right behind us!
Overrall the room was a good size with a comfortable bed.
Stayed for a national conference - great new accommodation rooms - stayed in a King room - lovely outlook and very clean.
facilities, we got a great weekend deal - this hotel is more busy and the bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in.
In addition the reception staff were helpful and friendly, the bed was devine we slept so well.

Excellent restaurant/bar which very popular with locals and guests alike.
The spacious room, bar staff excellent and efficient & good restaurant.
It took well over 10 minutes to get my coffee from arriving in the restaurant at breakfast time.
Unfortunately, service in the bar/restaurant did not live up to these standards and could best be described as patchy.
Buffet-style breakfast can be had at the CBD restaurant at street level, with outside tables available.
Friendly reception staff on arrival & this level of service flowed through to all areas of the hotel.
The Service is very lackluster , Reception dont speak unless asked a question ,None of the staff smiled or seemed happy,.
Perfect venue for our stay, staff were great and check out receptionist was very friendly.
Both of us experience travellers, were very impressed in the high quality service from friendly staff from both the hotel and the CBD Restuarant.
The hotel is fairly stylish, with the spacious elevator lobbies on each floor having artwork and decor that suggest an interior designer had a hand in them.
If you use the valet parking bear in mind that it usually takes 15 minutes for your car to arrive!
When first arrving at the hotel, the lobby area is nice and clean.
to offer compensation and our second room was comfortable and clean.
I would stay here again but hope for a clean room next time.
We stayed in a Superior Room on 11th floor, which high enough that there was no exterior noise and a clear view over Perth suburbs to the North, the Rydges being taller than other buildings in that direction.
What a relief it was when we walked in to the foyer, checked in seamlessly and arrived into a small, but beautifully clean and perfectly functional room.
Room and bathrom were spacious, clean and good quality decor & furnishings.
