  The free cable was a break from the hectic city, the rooms great and there was nothing complexed about the whole stay thanks, the staff were mostly friendly and efficient. Bathroom was well stocked, breakfast was good.

  Position was great except trams were not running over the weekend due to maintenance, room and hotel was clean, reception was nice enough to print my boarding pass. The bed was really comfy and bar and staff were acceptably good.

  Great location, overall good quality and friendly helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms, nice sheets. Ordered food at 9, gym available.

  Not worth the money, lobby n bar n restaurant area too small and a particularly unpleasant duty manager.

  Location was good and the worst hotel I ever visited in my life. The service staff were great, room was clean and tidy and the price was excellent.

  Excellent location and fantastic stay. Also very helpful and friendly staff, wonderfully comfortable bed, we lingered over breakfast, enjoying a relaxed Sunday morning. Huge spa.

  The room was clean and comfortable, the view was terrible, my recent 3 night stay was very satisfactory. The staff were great, the bathroom was very small the shower was good.

  The location is excellent for lygon st dining, access to the city, hospitals, and uni, the hotel is really convenient for my meetings. Staff are very good and helpful particularly mel at reception, the beds are fantastic.

  S a good place, staff very friendly and not much really for the price of the room. Great food at restaurant too.

  Poor view aspect and one minute freezing cold and the next minute BOILING hot. Dirty sheets.
