The resort location was central to everything we needed, the people at the Reception were very friendly and helpful, loved the downstairs room as had the flora to look at.

The room service was fast as we had a problem turning on air-conditioner-there was someone there in record time.

Very quiet atmosphere, service was good and we were able to check in early as our room was ready.

Good choice of pillows, the rooms are very nice.

The position of the resort is good, prices are a little high and comfortable and room service meant I could dine in the room for maximum comfort.

The staff were very polite and friendly, space afforded in the room were excellent, the dinner at the restaurant.

I needed a convenient place to stay following day surgery at the near-by Caloundra Hospital and the staff were actually the best I have come across in some time.

Had a beautiful view of the lake and hotel staff were helpful.

Friendly and rooms were clean, the breakfast.
