In our view the hotel was not of the quality advertised, and the value for money was bad.

Quiet location and this hotel was once very good.

The quiet location and five minutes walk from the lively North Hobart.

About 30-40min from airport ($50 taxi ride) Staff were friendly and efficient, but the room itself was sorely lacking.

Distance from the CBD and waterfront was not a problem, there are 2 options for there bus during the day and taxi is $6.

信不信由你，在早上四点四十分的时候，我被一阵噪音吵醒了，开始我还以为是隔壁房间小孩子一边用球撞墙一边大笑的声音，而且还有一个大人怒斥他们要保持安静，当时我躺在床上睡不着，刚要开门让隔壁房间的人保持安静的时候，我的床就开始剧烈地晃动，听到门砰的一声，好像是有一只猫爬上了我的被单，被单皱皱地盖在我的腿上，但是我又看不到任何移动的东西.

我真的吓坏了，立刻从床上跳起来去找电源开关，我把所有的灯都打开了，然后又洗了个澡，因为我觉得自己可能是在做梦，但是事实上我非常清醒，我把电视机打开，然后坐在那一直等到外面天亮，接着出去散了个步.

酒店能景色不错，却有一种奇怪的氛围.

The main bedroom upstairs had an old tester bed that was half colasped and no heating and window covering that took awhile to work out.

The dual level suite contained a sitting room with sofa, TV, and large table, a small kitchen, and bathroom with a shower (stall).

There is a restaurant and bar on-site, but also a large number of quality restaurants on Elizabeth Street in nearby North Hobart; only a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel.

Room was clean and the breakfasts at the restaurant were fantastic and convenient.

I would recommend walking to Elizabeth Street and sampling the cuisine from the many restaurants located there.

As well as regular specials such as 3-nights-for-the-price-of-2 and helpful staff.

Bright and airy the view superb, first for the good stuff, the staff very friendly.

Friendly generally helpful staff and pillows were also good The rest left a lot to be desired the water pipes were noisy furniture had holes in the carpet was badly stained.

No problem with staff who were all great but nothing about this hotel would entice me to stay here next time.

The spa was not operational which was a bit disappointing.

    Has a lovely view, not good would not stay again and the ambience of the old building. Also the price was excellent, i found the reception staff very helpful and superior King rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast was fine.

    Bar fridge was filthy and the spa was not operational was a bit disappointing.

    Lovely views and the hotel room was very spacious. The staff were good and the hot-tub was lukewarm at best. Breakfast was excellent.

    The toilet was dirty, the spa was not operational was a bit disappointing.

    Outdoor areas and the small bar was a nice place for a quite drink. In addition staff were friendly and beds were good. The restaurant had pleasant.

    Has a lovely view and very large place. As well as regular specials such as 3-nights-for-the-price-of-2 and helpful staff. Really good room, the bar is pleasant and pool is outdoor.

    Lovely views, the bed was brilliant - looks like another hotel chain coming up and staff did their best to be helpful. Room was clean and the breakfasts at the restaurant were fantastic and convenient.

    Good location, helpful The hotel is a bit outdated being refurbished in 1989 and the main building is historic fit in. Also staff are friendly and the room didn't have any blankets.
