  Pool area is fantastic, bus seats are more comfortable and overall, great stay and will be back. The lobby is quite nice, the food is decent.

  Great location and facilities, best going into town. Nice atmosphere for children and the staff were at all times friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the mat looked as had not been vacuum cleaned in ages and the buffet breakfast was quite good.

  This venue i didn't think was suitable for our 20 month old and dinner in the resturant was expensive and inedible.

  The feedback on this site makes clear that the resort is in the process of refurbishing and the place has improved a bit since then. A reasonably large fridge and full oven plus microwave, bars and restaurant are not bad, the pool and facilities are quite good.

  Its a beautiful location, and the pool etc are pretty nice, this place has an amazing array of things for the family.

  Service and accommodation is very poor, the food options in the resort are limited.

  Perfect location, an enjoyable stay and the pool was great and staff at the activities hut were very friendly. Our room was very comfortable, the food was super.

  The kitchen wasn't a lot better and the stove plates were old and rusty, the mattress was saggy and worn out 5 years ago.

  Activities and pool area was really good as advertised, staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a let down, a big disappointment and saturday night Buffet was great food and great value. The facilities were excellent.

  The oceanview room we stayed in had a great view indeed, the bar area has no atmosphere, the young girl running the bar was excellent and at all times all of the staff we met were cheerful, polite and helpful. The light in the bath was falling out of the ceiling, the spacious lawns and pools were supurb.

  The room was very clean, well furnished and the view was very nice, staff were very friendly, helpful. The bed had a new mattress, crisp sheets and modern coverings, pool bar was great, the food in the billabong restaurant was also good.

  Great place to stay, the staff were also fantastic and helpful, at least guaranteed the room was sanitised and spotlessly clean.
