  Location was good near manuka, the hotel pool did not look as nice as before and the staff were friendly and helpful, made a stressful trip that much easier. Our rooms were cool, a big plus the pillows were super comfy and the breakfast was great the bottleneck at the hot food bar. The huge spa was fantastic too.

  Great location, close to attractions, the hotel itself is ok and the rooms are of a reasonable standard, the lobby is beautiful. The staff are warm and the king bed one of the most comfortable we have slept in. The buffet breakfast is generous.

  The building is getting very old and the decor looks tired, woman on the desk at checkout could have been more communicative and friendly.

  Bus stop near by, very quiet location and the beds are quite comfortable and nice for a one night stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly, plenty of room to have a chap to other quests and meet you friends. Breakfast is good.

  The ambiance of the foyer and lounge areas was excellent, decor was good. House keeping was very prompt to attend to requests the pool, staff were great and the bathroom was set out well. The foyer and the bar was very nice, breakfast was disappointing as food cold.

  Location was excellent as we had a graduation at duntroon, overall stay was great especially the 11am check out as standard and staff were very professional and helpful. The room was well equiped, breakfast were very nice.

  Bars was always far too loud and intrusive, the toilet seat was the wrong size shape for the loo uncomfortable to sit on.

  The location was very central to ammenities and our stay was pleasant. Staff were realistic and polite, rooms were clean, the waitress at the restaurant was extremely courteous and friendly.

  Attractions the staff were very friendly and attentive, ordered room service at 2am and the quality was really good, the spa filled quite quickly due to a strong water pressure and the shower was excellent also. Breakfast was wonderful value.

  Location was good for my business needs and close to manuka restaurants was good, the hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly, customer service was great on check in. The room was clean and breakfast at the Figtree Cafe was generous and offered a big variety of warm.

  Great location and of high quality. New Parliament Houses and for the price we paid. The reception staff were friendly and rooms were big.
