Good location, the hotel is very conveniently located near the beach.

Convenient and close to Bournemouth Centre, location is good & hotel has been refurbished.

Nice size rooms (we had a family room), bathroom was a lovely size, bed was not too bad – double bed bit hard, single bed too soft but suppose you can’t please everyone in that respect.

My twin-bed room was large, clean and comfortable with air-conditioning, phone, tea/coffee facilities and a flat-screen TV.

I stayed here with 3 mates in a room for 4 of us, the initial rate of approx £ 50 each for 2 night was a bargin, ideal for what we needed which was really just a bed for the night as we'd be out all the time.

We decided eventually to go to bed, only to find that the room, 302 was so unbearably hot that it would have been impossible to sleep.

The beds were hard, the towel rail was hanging off the wall, the toilet paper was not on a roll but individual sheets (like you find in a pub) and finally breakfast was from 7 to 9.

Restaurant open for long time for breakfast, choice is a wonderful thing.

Bar was cheap, friendly - breakfast was lovely and our waitress was particularly pleasant.

Location of hotel is really good for town centre and the beach and you have a lovely view of the sea from the ballroom (where breakfast was being served due to the restaurant being refurbished).

The breakfast was undercooked and the eggs were rock hard- We would recommend you eat here only if you fancied getting food poisoning!

Breakfast is so deep-fat fried, it would not have surprised me if the plate it came on had followed the food in to the fryer too!

Also staff were polite and helpful, the Receptionist was pleasant and welcoming, both of our rooms very really nicely laid out.

Staff were friendly and the receptionist was extremely cheerful.

Service was very good, the receptionist was extremely kind and the room was very clean and tidy.

The staff are rude, uncooperative and lack basic customer service skills.

We have stayed in hotels all over the world & this is by far the WORST HOTEL we have ever visited & it cost us £236 for two nights for 2 people in a double room & car parking of £5 per day (what a cheek!

Also the £5 parking fee - we were told 'that all hotels charge this'.

As a number of others have said £ 5 per day for parking the car on THEIR land or get it clamped is wrong.

Friendly and caring staff, modern rooms, sheets clean.

The hotel is spotless, the staff could'nt have been more helpful and room better than expected could do.

Furthermore made me feel very welcome, the standard rooms are clean and good solid breakfast to start the day too.

The rooms were clean, breakfast was ok as well.

Furthermore the room was clean, the service for the breakfast was brilliant very modern.
