  Clean, comfortable bed, obliging staff.

  Rooms in our building need upgrading.

  It provided all our needs but we were surprised at how old and basic the decor was for the price. All in all it was a comfortable stay.

  The hotel is in a great location, includes parking in downtown and has quite large clean rooms with good amenities (but no kettle), but. The toilet was loose from the floor and wobbled, two chairs were broken, a light didn't work, it smelt like smoke and most importantly the room looked out onto the car park and the noise from that, and adjoining rooms, and also the very noisy water pipes, did not make it a great stay.

  Nicely renovated bathroom. Slow response from housekeeping staff. Get severely drunk to forget about the uncomfortable beds!

  The main bed had two large body size indents, so at least one could not roll out of bed!

  The kitchenette was well set-up with a full size fridge, with also an oven and microwave. We also found the building to be quite stuffy, although not heated, and we frequently left a window open.

  Went during the winter to snowboard, fantastic location just before the shops/restuarants start and as it was minus 8 we didn't want to walk far! Kitchen good size, house keeping came every day , cleaned bathroom and made the bed but never hoovered.

  I would reccomend booking the 4 bed apartment for 2 people (as did we) because although the apartment decor was dated and tatty, it was a good size and had 2 sofas- so we had 1 each after a hard days boarding. Be warned the apartment walls are pretty thin so you will know about any noisy parties, and hear all the ski boots clomping up and down the stairs.

  The beds were very comfortable, but the room really needed a renovation.

  Stayed here in September, this hotel had a good size room, but was very dated.

  On the positive side, the apartment is clean and a decent size and in a very good location for downton Banff.

  Very noisy as it's next to stairs and no privacy as anyone can see down into the apartment from street level. Limited car parking; not enough spaces for all apartments. Complained to reception about lack of some cutlery, no tea towel, no dish cloth. Once back at the aprtment found they had given us a complete set of cutlery and pans, but no tea towel, no dish cloth. This could have been very dangerous and I had just used it 5 minutes earlier to boil some water. No apologies from hotel staff, just a "thank you for letting us know".

  We stayed twice in different two bedroom apartments last summer. A full kitchen including large fridge, top freezer, microwave, all cutlery, crockery and even the tea towels, sponge and washing up liquid. A full set of towels and toiletries in provided in the bathroom. There is no air conditioning, but there are fans. Mosquito nets on the windows meant you could have them open, but in common with most of Banff you could hear the trains all night. We also managed to leave some items in the apartment on the first visit which were returned to us on our second visit.

  We picked Rundle Manor because it was the most affordable suite I could find in Banff. It is a very basic apartment style hotel. There is no elevator, but the top floor isn't too far up. The rooms are very large, especially the kitchen. There are 2 hideabeds in the 1 bedroom suite.
