Comfortable bed and great pools.

The rude hotel staff, dirty young folks in lobby and front desk was untrained unhelpful. Bar service was inconsistent and drinks were pretty expensive compare to value.

Surprisingly quiet room and a great pool amost to ourselves.

We ordered food from the hotel restaurant and had to wait over an hour, the staff were rude and unhelpful. The "continental breakfast" was awful.
