Good location, the big parking Grote Markt is also close - about 7-8 minutes on foot and value for money above is rated "fair" as I stay in many hotels every year for work.
The hotel is worth the price for the location alone, as it is one street behind the main square.
The decor in the hotel is a bit bland and facilities for the price are lacking.
Excellent position right in the heart of old Antwerp and the hotel is fairly modern.

You are paying for location here and there is no doubt that it is very well located for the main attractions of Antwerp.
There are restaurants nearby for the evening too so it seemed like a perfect location.
An excellent hotel in a quiet location very close to the Grote Markt and the Cathedral.
We walked lots and used the tram system too.
The rooms are big, nice beds, information on Antwerp in the room.
The room we had was spacious enough even with an extra bed to cope with 3 people and it was clean and well presented.
The bathroom was bigger than some bedrooms I've seen.
The beds are comfortable and in the morning after a shower or a bath.
There was a separate toilet & a marble bathroom.
Breakfast was also included in the price, and is one of the best breakfasts I have had while travelling in Europe.
Ordering a meal for room service was helpful, the breakfast buffet was nice.
It was only a shame that we could not enjoy evening meals as the hotel has no restaurant.
The breakfast was truly wonderful and we did not need much lunch!
