I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I couldn't have asked for more. the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city center, close to all the popular attractions. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the room itself was top-notch, with a balcony offering a stunning view and a comfortable king bed to ensure a good night's sleep. The added bonus of a well-equipped kitchenette allowed me to prepare some meals during my stay. All of this, along with a delicious complimentary breakfast, made my experience truly memorable.

The staff is focused on customers. The services are very good. The apartment is confortable, unless they have a small bathroom. Breakfast is really good. Summarizing my view about this place, I will be there again in my next trip to Chile.

I recently had a fantastic stay in a centrally located apartment in Santiago. The hotel provided excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and made sure all my travel arrangements were accurate. The room itself was clean and cozy, with a comfortable king-sized bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. I particularly enjoyed the balcony, which offered a great view of the city. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the included breakfast buffet was a great perk that added to the overall value of my stay.

All was just fine, no complaints whatsoever.

Located in a prime area, near Los Heroes bus station where you can easily take the bus to the International Airport of the city. the hotel is conveniently next to two metro stations which are excellent for exploring the city. The front staff, Ronnie, was outstanding in his customer service and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and had a well-priced breakfast buffet.

The hotel was located in a very convenient area with a supermarket nearby and easy access to public transportation. The staff was friendly and accommodating. the room had great views and a well-stocked kitchenette.

The elevators were often slow and inconvenient, and the bathroom could have been more updated. the hotel was not the best value for its price.

The breakfast room was very small and sometimes hard to navigate, especially when there were a lot of guests. the hotel's internet connection wasn't always reliable and could often disconnect, causing inconvenience.

We loved the hotel's central location which made it easy for us to explore the city. It's just a few blocks away from two metro stations, and there's a bus station nearby which offers transportation to the airport. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. Additionally, the staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
