The hotel offers a wide range of fun activities for children, including game rooms, cinema, video games, table football, pool. Our kids were never bored and had a blast playing these games with other children at the hotel. Additionally, the skiing in Villars was amazing with over 133 km of slopes. We spent our days on the pristine mountains, enjoying the thrilling slopes and breathtaking views. It was truly a memorable experience for the whole family.

My wife says that she wished there were more organized workshops for families with children. While there were plenty of fun activities like team games, board games, drawing/crafts, story time, mini dance lessons, sledging.

Clean rooms, extensive breakfast options, friendly staff. Beds could be refreshed on request, though one instance of oversight. No daily water provision, but overall environmentally conscious. Shuttle driver went above and beyond, rest of staff could improve. Ski-in, indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi available. Recommendation for private spa.

The spa was fantastic! It even had an open fire in the pool area and a stunning view of the mountains.

The food was overpriced, not up to 5 star standards and always slow to arrive.

The hotel location is fantastic as it is right next to the train station providing easy access to explore the region. In addition, this hotel offers convenient indoor parking, keeping our car safe. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The staff are all very pleasant and helpful - nothing was too much trouble and they were always there with a smile. The amenities are excellent and cater to all ages with a fun kids' room (for younger children), a games room with billiard and tables to play cards or board games, a video games room for wii etc, plus a small cinema. The spa area is very relaxing with its pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hammam. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the centre of the village on request. All in all, the perfect stay. Location. There are not many luxury hotels in Swiss Alps, and RoyAlp is in this short list...

Room dining menu was very poor. The number of restaurants (one Grench type cousine , another Swiss tradidional) is not enough. Five-star hotel needs more variety in dining. Asian/oriental cousin will be very good supplement.

Our hotel was in a great location for easy access to both the train station and ski slopes. The room and bathroom were comfortable and spacious, with fantastic views. The spa facilities were wonderful, we really enjoyed trying out the indoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, making our stay a relaxing experience.

The quality of breakfast and food served in the restaurant did not match the high price tag.

Staff were all very attentive and made us feel valued. The bedroom was excellent. The range of facilities could not be faulted.

The hotel would benefit from airconditioning as the bedroom was oppresively hot. A fand was supplied but didn't help. The restaurent had limited menu and I did not feel offered value for money. My wife's meal was retruned several times but we were made to feel that we had not ordered correctly! - we did not eat there again.

Maybe it was because we were there during the off season, but what I enjoyed the most was the wonderful quietness of not only the hotel but also no road noise(its about 2 city blocks from the road).The bathrooms are very special-as they usually are in 5 star hotels-the pool was big, special nature noise showers,the spa area on the smaller side compared to other hotels in this class.all in all,a wonderful stay!

We were amazed by the generosity and comfort of the rooms, with stunning mountain views. The friendly and accommodating staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The high-quality and delicious meals in the restaurant were a highlight. Despite some minor drawbacks in the menu and bathroom lighting, we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is superb, the product in the bathrooms are unique.

The breakfast options were great and the location was convenient for accessing nearby sights. The hotel also had a nice pool area that had a relaxing atmosphere.

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms in the middle of summer made for an uncomfortable stay. the staff could have been more attentive to necessary repairs, such as a broken makeup mirror and non-functioning curtain pulls.
