The food was great in all areas, the location of the hotel was awesome and the staff was friendly.

My wife & I had to make a last minute change regarding the location of our honeymoon.

All in all it was a nice property, we were treated well, and the location was good.

During the taxi ride from the airport to the hotel, I ask myself, where the hell am I?

They have sent a car to the airport to get my parents, whom have never been to Mexico,So they would feel welcome and safe.

The beds were a little harder than I prefer, but you can ask the front desk to bring you a foam pad, and they'll remake your bed with it.

I love to take baths, but there tub was not appealing enough for me to enjoy a bubble bath.

I think when you are paying $3000 for a one bedroom suite for a week you should get WATER.

We stayed in a two bedroom villa (apartment) on the ocean side of the hotel.

When we checked into our suite they had given us a different one than I had paid for so I contacted the front dest and they gave me a choice of a couple different suites, none of these were what I had paid for or agreed on at the time of payment.

They have an indoor restaurant they use for lunch/dinner; another restaurant that is outside that is normally used for b-fast or special events, AND a separate menu at the bar.

Also you can get anything you want off either the bar menu or the restaurant menu and eat outside either by the pool or in the bar area.

The hotel is great, the hot tub is nice and restaurant/bar staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.

So no breakfast delivery you must go to downstairs to the restaurant NO BIG DEAL.

We agree the hotel restaurant needs improving, but with so many choice restaurants in Maz who wants to eat at their hotel?

The room safes don't work, the refrigeration door wouldn't close good and semed to be in defrost mode most of the time, the internet service was iffy and the manager was rude plus most of the office staff.

Wow was I surprised at how wonderful the staff, service, food and lodging.

The hotel is great, two main elevators in good condition in the main lobby and the entire staff is so courteous and kind.

One thing we were bummed about at the resort- people would get up very early and save pool-side lounge chairs.

Moreover actually rooms 205 through 215 all share a HUGE balcony and the pool is crystal clear.

About as clean as a public toilet in a big city and friendly atmosphere.

Additionally the suites are spacious and clean, the food at the pool is great.
