  The waiter service on the beach and pool area was fantastic, all drinks and food included , the food was amazing , and top quality. The staff were fabulous and mosquitoes left and right, you definitely need handy. Wireless internet worked pretty well and the a la carte restaurants were AWESOME. The dinners were good.

  The view is spectacular there any time and the service is grand, the beach is very interesting. Overall, a beautiful place to relax and enjoy yourself, the staff and management are amazing, very accommodating and hardworking professionals, water shoes are a good idea. Felipe and marcelino at the pool bar are beyond excellent, we expected the food at the restaurant on the Royal side to be better. The waiters are all great and and the local community sees all the money is nice.

  Viva Mexico had an amazing view, the beach bbq was great and the restaurant food and service were excellent thoughout our stay. The staff were the best, the pool at the Royal Suites was clean and felipe at the bar was most accommodating and very friendly. Drinks were strong and made perfectly, the Spa was very nice.

  Beautiful views from restaurant and pools, also loved the balinese beds near the beach, cookie cutter hotel service at best. And great sandwiches on home baked bread, staff were courteous and the room was spacious, comfortable and quiet and had a balcony. The drinks at the punta mita bar were excellent and food was amazing.

  Beds on the beach are spectacular and always wonderful for all meals and the view is just amazing. The setting for this hotel is picture postcard perfect and the entertainment staff are exceptional. The rooms are spacious enough, the food is a la carte and lobster is always available as well, for us us Canadians, this is a great partnership.

  The beach is rocky and a bit rough, perfect for surfing, we ended up in a very nice location to eat, right by the water, the staff is there to make your stay wonderful. The service is fantastic and royal Suites is simply great value for money. Food is pretty good and the pool is open midnight, 's heated.

  The beach is large and plenty of room to take leisurely strolls, great place to just rest and relax, the spa is nice and clean and pleasant front desk service. The royal suites punta mita is quite wonderful, the bar staff will bend over backwards to make you happy and the Mexican restaurant patio is a perfect spot for viewing a sunset. The gardens around the resorts are beautiful.

  The quiet, peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery, decent hotel. The service was great, the room was awesome and restaurant were very accomodating especially Marcario. Pool was heated and easy to get into.

  Fantastic staff make this a wonderful place, service is good, music is good, rooms are beautiful and marcario, served us drinks by the pool is a great mixologist.

  All the staff there are amazing and many feel like family to us, oh and the room service for breakfast is just wonderful, the food was excellent and the chefs are to be commended. Spa is great.
