Royal Sonesta Hotel New Orleans - 新奥尔良

Located in the historic street of New Orleans, pleasant surroundings and this hotel has the best location in the heart of the action.

This hotel is located on Bourbon Street which can be pretty sleazy and stinky, but the location is central and we heard no street noise in our inner room.

There are nicer, fancier hotels and inns nearby, but we chose the Royal Sonesta specifically for its location.

After grabbing a cab at MSY, I was deposited at the underground parking garage entrance to the hotel.

Hotel is approximately 20 mintes from the airport.

My "Regular" room had the level of comfort I would expect from a four-star accommodation, with comfortable bed, quality linens, clean bathroom, good (though not great) shower, safebox and minibar.

It was a clean, large room with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

Everything in the room worked, the sheets & towels were clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The room was well sized, nice drapes and bedding, with a king sized bed and light down blanket and large pillows.

The bathroom was just okay, a hair in the bathtub, terrible pressure from the shower, lukewarm water, and the toilet flush sprayed water everywhere.

The hotel did supply us with vouchers for breakfast in the restaurant and for drinks in the bar-they probably should have informed us before arrival that the club was not open.

We had breakfast in the restaurant and the food was great.

The service in the restaurant for breakfast was amazing and the pool was a nice plus.

One of the three hotel bars to the GREAT restaurant for breakfast to the fabulous rooms, this place is a treasure.

We enjoyed the lobby jazz bar on Saturday evening, and the Begue restaurant for Sunday brunch.

The service (at the front desk, in the restaurants,concierge and the doorman) was warm and helpful.

The staff takes great pride in providing excellent service and from the doormen to the the maids all the help is wonderful.

The hotel was super clean with great service - a staff member even called to have an unattended maid's cart removed from the hall because it was an "unpleasant sight.

Service staff friendly and informative, clean rooms, only a few steps to the pool also has an outdoor bar.

The lobby was beautiful, our room was very nice and clean, and the pool area/courtyard were beautiful.

The bell staff was also very nice and the housekeeping too, they have a very nice pool area too.

The room was clean, the fitness center clean and had good machines, the pool area nice, etc.

Service was fine and the rooms were pretty clean.

Good service, clean rooms, and don't get me started on how nice it is to be within walking distance of everything in the French Quarter.

It had been recently redone and though not the most luxurious room we have ever stayed in, it was clean, quite and comfortable.

Room was clean, pillows were perfect and the food was good to excellent.

Good service recovery and clean bathroom.
