The hotel is conveniently located near a mall where I found a Dominos pizza, giving me easy access to a familiar and tasty meal. The hotel is also very near to all attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city. I loved browsing through the antique shops nearby, adding a unique touch to my stay.

The staff could be more attentive and helpful, providing a better overall experience.

The hotel's location is fantastic for those who loves to have city trip.

There is no privacy in the room as i can hear the noise from the next room.

The price was great at $29 US/night. It was simple, clean and pretty comfortable. Also it was close to the airport.

Secondly, I really appreciated the attention to detail, particularly in the basic amenities provided. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, as well as being close to the riverfront and antique shops. And finally, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay.

The rooms were quite large and comfortable. Staff were helpful. Easy to get a tuk tuk from the hotel.

The design layout of the hotel is very disjointed and the pool is located quite a distance from the central hotel area. The position of the hotel is not good for tourist activity as you can't walk to any attractions. The best location is close to the river where all the cafes etc are located within easy walking.

The room was big and clean. This hotel is very value for money comparing to other places I stayed before. And the room was always clean after we come out from outside.

The lift was a bit small but I believe that this was due the design and limited space. Anyway I am still happy with it as the rate and the facilities the hotel offer was very reasonable.

A great value stay! We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the convenient location close to a supermarket and easy access to other areas. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including Asian and continental cuisine. We also appreciated the free toiletries and clean pool.

The decor was outdated and could use some updating. The bed was a little too firm for our liking.

Good room and friendly staff.

There was a large number of guests from Korea, China and Vietnam staying there at the same time. They were extremely noisy and behaved badly especially during the early breakfast. One Korean family was up at 5 am and running between their 2 rooms on the 8th floor; organising their baggage etc but their noise disturbed us. The corridors on the guest floors was poorly lit. The way to the 2nd floor dining room is very poorly sign- posted. The dining rooms and gym all closed early.

Your staff at the reception booked my bus Ticket to Siem Reap with the guaranty that it was the best Bus Co. and that the Bus would have a toilet in he Bus for the price of US$ 10/person. In fact there was no toilet at the bus that brought me and my wife to Siem Reap and a passenger in our bus informed us that he only paid US$5.50 for the ticket.

For what we paid, this hotel offered great value for money. The prices were very affordable, especially considering that we got an AC room, access to the swimming pool, and breakfast included in the rate. The location was also a definite plus, as it was very near to all the attractions, including antique shops and somewhere near the riverfront. The staff were attentive to our needs and provided basic amenities in the rooms, even though the curtain was a bit hideous. The breakfast, although not perfect, did have a decent selection, with fresh fruit and fried eggs.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was just fine.

We liked the very big and good designed rooms many details like nice pillows and cofemaker all was there free wifi and 2 computers in the lobby always ready to use also we asked for check out one hour later ..also no problem

The breakfast was compared to other hotels not inviting because the eggs were cold and the hole setup in the chinese restaurant looked not friendly enough to sit down...we came early enough and nobody did eat there, wich we understand

Good price, nice staff but breakfast is so poor

The hotel has a great price for the size of the room, which was unexpectedly huge. The bathroom was also a good size and had good water pressure. the curtains blocked out almost all noise and light, allowing for some great sleep-ins.

The decor is very outdated and old-fashioned, which can be a bit off-putting. the hotel is located quite far from everything, making it a bit inconvenient.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

It is too far away from the central areas.no restaurants close to the hotel.they dont offer lunch or dinner.only breakfast and that was bad.

Royal Palace Hotel was a mixed experience for us. The best aspects were the spacious Superior rooms and the refreshing pool, which is conveniently connected to the hotel via a small bridge. The cleanliness of the hotel was up to par, and we were pleased with the available parking options. The location was ideal, with the hotel situated somewhere near the riverfront and conveniently close to antique shops. The staff, though not particularly helpful, was exceptional. Unfortunately, the hotel lacked credit/debit payment facilities, causing inconvenience for guests who expected to settle payments with their cards. Also, the mini-bar fridge in the Superior rooms turned off when we left the room, which was a minor annoyance. our stay had its ups and downs, but the positives outweighed the negatives.
