The location was excellent and very close to the Marina for ferry's to the islands or the train station Staff at hotel were helpful.
Fantastic location, the ferry terminal for the Aeolian Islands was excellent and the hotel staff was really helpful.

I'm mildly surprised by some of the critical reviews on this site and handy for the port.
We've had a "de luxe" room that turned out to be a very spacious apartment at a reasonable price.
The Reception staf were pleasant and my room had a spacious living room prior to the bedroom.

The view is fantastic from the balconz of the hotel, the staff is wonderfully nice and great air conditioning a bit loud.
The furnishings may be a little shabby for a 4-star hotel, the rooms are very clean and comfortable.
In addition room was very clean and the best was breakfast.
