Upon arrival, this luxury hotel greeted me with a warm welcoming from their attentive staff. The sophisticated decoration and luxurious amenities throughout the hotel exceeded all expectations. The room was incredibly spacious and had everything I needed to feel pampered, including a private sauna and exclusive facilities. The restaurant served delicious halal food with a wide range of menu options, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying a night cap.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay at this venue was a slight delay in room service. However, the exceptional service and staff quickly resolved the situation with apologies and immediate action, making my experience even better.
