Royal Olympic Hotel’s guestrooms include its executive and deluxe rooms, Athenian Panorama room, junior suite and suites. Each room features the following as standard: Wi-Fi internet connection, safe deposit box, TV, air conditioner/heating, direct dial phone. Non-smoking rooms as well as rooms for disabled people are available upon request. All children under two enjoy a free stay at the hotel when using existing bedding. All children under 12 years old are provided with additional bed for EUR 50.00 per person per night. The maximum number of additional beds in the room is one. The maximum number of baby cots in the room is two. No animals allowed.

Dining options

Breakfast is served daily from 7am to 10am at the Ioannis Restauran, while Abbey Restaurant entertains its guests with Mediterranean cuisine and romantic atmosphere. The Roof Garden Bar Ioannis is at your disposal all year round, from 12pm until 2am. The on-site lounge bar overlooking a swimming pool garden serves cocktails, wines, beer and coffee. In addition, you can taste cocktails at the pool bar.

Royal Olympic’s central-Athens location places it within walking distance to all major attractions – Temple of Olympion Zeus is just opposite the hotel, the Acropolis and the Pantheon are both five minutes walk, while the National Archeological Museum is simply 45 minute walk from Syntagma. No matter how you feel about fish, meat and vegetables you won't find a livelier place than the Central market on Athinas Street. And if that is not enough the Market is also the beginning of Athens Chinatown and Eolou Street, the pedestrian shopping district. More active guests can take a walk to the Monastiraki Flea Market.

Getting there.

Athens International Airport is only 25 minutes from the Royal Olympic Hotel. If can use an Underground to get to the property: You will board the Metro from the Airport’s Station and get off at Syntagma Station. At Syntagma Station you switch lines in the direction of Ag. Dimitrios and get off at the first Station, the "Acropolis Station". From Acropolis Station the Hotel is 200m away, walking along Ath. Diakou Street. Otherwise, the hotel can book a taxi for you.

Getting around.

Acropolis Station is only five minutes walk from the hotel. Otherwise, it will take you about 20 minutes to get to the central railway station. Parking is provided with your previous booking.

  The view that greeted us once the door opened was magnificent and the hotel staff were very polite and courteous. The bathroom was huge and marbled throughout.

  The rooftop bar provided a wonderful pause from the hectic city, our room was magnificent and well worth the additional cost.

  The hotel's business lounge was under renovation and therefore not functional, wow, prices were absolutely ridiculous.

  Panoramic views, from Syntagma Square and great Staff. I liked the rooms and good breakfast. Pool looks really inviting.
