The breakfast was included, that was a bonus. We were in a queen room with the 4 children, high window plus bathroom. The location turned out to be good and lovely, really close to all th shops and bars and many pubs and clubs.

Functional place, it was fairly clean and had amicable staff with excellent service. Lovely and incredible location, Dundee airport was 30 km away. The outdoor bar was a delightful surprise.

Fairly clean place & extremely friendly and efficient staff with excellent service. Modern area, central location close enough to the centre of town near to all th shops and bars, many of whom were still independent. Besides, very convenient to Guthrie Castle Golf Club.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, has exceptionally attentive staff with excellent service. The location is exceptionally nice, as the venue is based next to a nightclub. Furthermore, it's adjacent to clubs in the surrounding area, and the centre of the town.

They gave us a nicely decorated room with minute sink and high window. The staff were caring and the setting was absolutely perfect and excellent.

We liked this place. Central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a seating area inside the queen room were handy. Exceptionally nice and amicable employees with excellent service, everything was good. The location was lovely and incredible, for example, Frosty's Soft Play Centre was relatively close to the hotel.

All in all everything was good, had a great stay on a Saturday night. The room was spotless and budget, I enjoyed that it was complete with bedroom, the 4 children, for instance. The location was particularly good, very close to a nice area near the cross as well as the main high street, Kinettles castle, and resteraunt and easily accessible.
