  Comfy bed, nice food.

  Hotel overall was good, restaurant let down badly, reception staff were disinterested/unhelpful and unfriendly.

  Very central location and great hotel. Clean and friendly staff, nice room. Food excellent and very reasonable, eggs sitting in hot trays for hours, good choice on the menu.

  Lots of lovely restaurants on the river front and hard pillows.

  Location was good and attentive staff made stay very pleasant. The room was also very spacious, wine in the restaurant has to be paid for in cash.

  Nice location, oo reasonable value and the staff were very polite and smartly dressed. Our rooms were magnificent and the breakfast was wonderful as well.

  The location was brilliant as was next to the train station and close to the eastgate centre, the hotel had changed hands and has lost a lot of that traditional Scottishness, the staff were courteous and helpful. The room was large, breakfast was pretty good on the whole.

  Very convenient location for weekend break, Inverness is regarded as the best base for exploring the Highlands and the staff are friendly. The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable.

  The location is great as we always travel by rail in the uk and this hotel is well situated, right in the town centre. The en suite showers are among the best.

  One staff in the reception is kind of rude and the restaurant is very good and not at all pricey.
