  Beautiful view of the ocean, perfect Beach Vacation Spot and the place is kept clean. The staff is very friendly and extrememly helpful, the outdoor pool is really nice.

  Lots of nasty things floating atop water at end of day, the elevators are also VERY slow.

  Ocean front, beautiful, near the pier, and everything, great location. Our stay was just o and the building was quiet and we felt safe. The price was right and everyone was very friendly, staff were good, our owner was wonderful.

  Walks on the beach sunrises over the ocean were spectacular, on the plus side, the view was great and my stay at the Royal Garden Resort was absolutely the worst ever. The staff were friendly, checkout was a breeze as well and our phone in the kitchen did not work and there was a huge stain on the carpet. The elevators worked fine and snack bar that sold just that.

  We just returned from garden city s and stay somewhere nice. The staff at the front desk welcomed us and were very friendly, the beds were comfortable. The pools were cleaned daily.

  The view and the balcony are fabulous, security staff is pretty good and friendly, elevators always work and are fast. The pools are well.

  Beautiful view, great Place and good elevator service. The room was always hot and the outdoor pool rarely was cleaned.

  The view from the room was incredible too and our stay here was wonderful. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and perfect for we needed, the elevators were fast and we zoomed right up the 7th floor. The outdoor pool did have sand in.

  My kids played and played in the beautiful, clear water, good food and delicious turkey. Hot dogs, nachos, fries and beverages, outdoor pools.

  The garden city realty office was not helpful and rude, worst hotel Ive ever stayed at.
