  Convenient location, good Value for the money and andrew at the front desk was very accomodating and nice. The bathroom was functional.

  The location was great, near Paddington Station and a short walk to Hyde Park, clean bedding and towels was therefore a bonus.

  Worst hotel we ever stayed in and the personnel was very arrogant and replied angrily I complained about this. On the first night the bar closed at 11.00pm, the next night did not open at all.
