  Set in a nice area, the Hotel is very spacious and efficiency of lunch service for the many groups participating in the carvery lunch. Improve more on staff during breakfast that to make customers que up for a long time just to get breakfast, the gardens are really good for relaxing in.

  The location was great, i liked the fact was off the main road and my stay at the royal court hotel was very enjoyable. The old building was lovely, staff made the day and we were moved to a much better room. Food was well presented, the gym facilities were excellent.

  The piano had a 'do not touch' sign on was disappointing, pillows were very hard and dinner was was very cheap. Only problem I came across was the maids came knocking on door early morning not realising I was there just walked in so I had disturbed sleep.

  The excellent position and relaxed atmosphere. Additionally good venue for the wedding we attended, better than i expected for the money and the staff were very friendly. The bedroom was spacious and sauna etc was lovely.

  The mattress was very old and breakfast was disappointing.

  Good location in quiet grounds, lovely setting and a competitive price. In addition service was pleasant and the lady receptionist served us needs more training as she made more than three customers look like fools. Bed was comfy and i can say the breakfast was cooked nicely.

  Location handy for concert at the NEC and relaxing good health club nice rooms cracking pub just down the road your exhibiting at the nec this is the place to stay. I didn't get to use the swimming pool.

  Broken floor tiles in the bathroom, your food menu is very poor.

  Good location and quiet hotel. The staff were friendly, my daughters room also had a huge damp patch in the bathroom and breakfast was very tasty.

  The location was good as allows you to reach many points of interest from the location and the hotel was well placed for the Ricoh arena. Moreover staff were pleasant, lovely rooms that made so comfortable.

  Leisure centre was nice, i have to admit there was absolutely nothing that I liked about the hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the food was pretty good for a Carvery.

  Pleasant surroundings and nice setting. Staff polite and efficient, good bathroom. Excellent gardens.
