The location is excellent as is on the outskirts of the town and free wireless Internet is a welcome bonus.

Good location on edge of London, the hotel is very well maintained and in particular the staff are all very friendly and professional.

The room had a four poster bed and a larger bath, but certainly not worth the hotel rate if you were to pay.

All parts of the hotel were very clean, staff were very good and the bed was very comfortable.

Also staff were very friendly and i was pleased to find that the bathroom did indeed have a bath.

The room was welll decorated and had all amenities.

I had a ground floor room, quite small but more than adequate for one person - nicely decorated (and not tatty), clean and well equipped.

Restaurant was shut on the Monday and as there is very little else close, I had no choice but to eat from the bar menu which wasnt bad at all.

Bar was comfortable and relaxed, dinner in the restaurant was amazing.

Practical rooms are well fitted and clean, the restaurant staff could not have been more attentive over breakfast.

The bar and restaurant areas at the Chace are very nice - spacious and tastefully decorated.

The staff were attentive, she was quick to change our room for one and the the service from the breakfast restaurant manager was the best ever.

Very nice great location, good walks nearby and excellent service from the Hotel staff.

The staff were all very friendly, and helpful - for instance, when we asked at reception for extra towels, someone insisted on coming straight away to provide them.

Rooms were clean and most staff helpful other than a young chap at reception who insisted on controlling tv in the bar so he could watch what he wanted to.

On my insistance the receptionist consulted her colleague who was unhelpful and i asked to speak to the duty manager who did charge me the price i had been given in writing.

Plenty of parking and near to Enfield centre.

Moreover the excellent room service, super cuisine and the pool looked very clean.

The bathrooms are modern and clean, the food used to be great.
