  Wonderful place to stay, and all at a very reasonable price and very convenient and prompt service at all times. Very clear, calm water and good food. Excellent choice, extremely friendly employees and the pools were beautiful and well maintained.

  Good quality materials for all furnishing and kitchen equipment, great Service. The rooms were cleaned everyday except sunday's, the restaurant, La Palapa, was excellent.

  Hotel good enough to make your vacation enjoyable and the entire staff is great. The water is calm for snorkeling and nice swims.

  Overall, a wonderful gem in Cancun and friendly service. Good price for 2 bedroom and great restaurant. Pools are quite nice.

  The view was incredible and also the buses were the best value. This place was great, the beach party had free beverages and we even won a pizza, maid service was exceptional and we tipped heavily at the end of the week. Rooms were cleaned daily and the kitchen was functional, complete, and clean. We also dined at captain's cove and the food was delicious, the owners/guests were very friendly and welcoming.

  Our view was incredible and prices in the restaurant, grocery store bar were extremely reasonable. Well, the hotel was absolutely well prepared and the pools and beach were great. Maid service was also excellent, the room was beautiful and drinks were all good and reasonably priced. The caribbean dinner and bbq night were the best dinner options, the gardens were lovely.

  Beach is fabulous in my opinion, this place is super sleepy and prices are reasonable too. Free internet hot spot in the lobby and the staff is very friendly and most helpful. The room is much better seems the funiture is a bit cleaner, the fish tacos at the restaurant are good and gardens are well maintained and resort was always clean.

  The pool was great for the kids and the ocean water was calm, the food was very good and the stuff was very helpful, the staff were excellent and tried to please you as much as possible. Our room was spacious, clean and well maintained, Italian restaurant at La Isla was very nice, the Spa was AMAZING.

  The beach is nice because is calm and the sand is soft, hotel staff are really friendly, the rooms are very clean and spacious. Food is better than normal.

  The housekeeper arrived 30 minutes later and did a fine job all week, the beach pool areas were lovely, the decor was tropical, clean and appealing. The staff were exceptional and the concierge, Michelle, was absolutely helpful. Its very casual and the apartments were spacious except for the bathroom, the restaurant at the club La Palapa was delicious and reasonably priced.
