Everything was perfect, including absolutely kind and accommodating staff from the porter offering me a hand made origami swan I was admiring at check in to the Custer service rep offering us coffee and bottles of water at check out. The room was new-fashioned and neat with ocean views. Incredible central location near many shops, restaurant, bus stop and the nearby Germasogeia police station.

Its location around 10-15 minutes walk from Cyprus Land Museum was good and beautiful. Everything was modern, even so a few employees were not so good. Actually the room was lovely looking with a bath and balcony plus a nice view of the mountains.

The location was central, really close to the new enclosed shopping centre and the main beach road. I really enjoyed the room, it was silent and came with a balcony and a coffeemaker.
As for me, the area was unpleasant.

The hotel was well-organized and high quality, I enjoyed it, especially the sea view. The location was perfect and magnificent, for example, Galatex Beach was at a short distance from the venue. The pool was nice and the staff was extremely helpful.
Although everything was fantastic, some of the staff were not so good.

Great swimming pool and particularly good and perfect location very close to the buffet style restaurant which was great, in the centre of tourist area, and Aya Napa or Protaras. Exceptionally comfortable bed, air-conditioned and new-fashioned room.

Well-organized and top quality hotel overlooking the sea, we had a very good experience here. Enjoyed the superior room and the way it was setup. Excellent location, the property was in front of a bus station. Spent our evenings in nearby Tepee enjoying drinks and atmosphere.
