The very ideal location and hotel good all in all very central.

The location is good for all the surrounding shops, staff is friendly and professional.

Good location, convenient for going to other places in the city and the personnel was nearly invisible always ready to assist needed.

Bathroom was very small with only enough room for a shower let alone a toilet and basin.

Staff was friendly and helpful, bed was comfy.

Rooms are enough spacious and clean as well as properly refurbished (we had sauna in our room).

Our room was spotless, spacious and neatly-designed to an international four star standard.

The room itself was clean and tastefully decorated.

Breakfast is good and staff is friendly and professional, can't say the same of the restaurant (had no good impression of food).

Once inside the hotel the main public areas were more like a shopping centre than a hotel reception area, glass walls, gift shops and a coffee bar all before you even get to the reception desk.

Staff very friendly, free internet and had a good spread of breakfast.

The breakfast was fine, in the high atrium in the centre of the building – although I suspect this could get cacophonous in the winter with all the kiddies en route to see Santa.

In addition breakfast was your typical continental breakfast.

Not everyone at the reception speaks english.

Easy access to shopping centre and perfect place for our weekend visit thanks to the hotel staff.

Staff very friendly but don't speak very good english but they endevour to be polite and smile.

La zona della reception era gradevole e c’era anche la connessione Internet gratuita.

Die Zimmer sind groß genug und sauber und voll renoviert (hatten eine Sauna im Zimmer).

Le camere sono abbastanza grandi, sono pulite e dotate di comfort all’avanguardia (noi avevamo una sauna).

Abbiamo alloggiato allo Scandic approfittando di una eccezionale tariffa estiva, nella nostra camera c’era persino una sauna…per poter scegliere la camera più adatta a voi, visitate il sito web dell’hotel.
