Spending Christmas at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The festive decorations and cheerful staff were a real treat. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes, including both Japanese and Western options. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with plenty of attractions and restaurants nearby.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the mattresses were uncomfortable and seemed to have an odd shape, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

During my stay, I found the hotel's cleanliness to be outstanding. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, always greeting me with a smile and assisting me with any questions or concerns I had. Additionally, the hotel's location near a 24-hour restaurant was highly convenient, allowing me to grab a bite to eat even during late night hours.

Nothing not too like.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with a 24-hour restaurant nearby and easy access to other dining options. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and excellent service. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. we enjoyed the great view from our room and appreciated the free Wi-Fi and parking facilities.

The gym was out of order during our stay.

The location of the hotel was easily accessible from the highway and it had free parking for guests. The breakfast offered a good variety of Japanese and Western options. However, the positives ended there.

The staff was extremely unhelpful and unaccommodating. My colleagues and I booked multiple rooms and they were all scattered across different floors despite our request to have them together.
