Very comfortable bed - and shower was excellent!
I was surprised that there was no electric blanket in Winter. My first night was really cold so got into bed with my clothes on!! Disappointing.

The sheets on the bed were clean and crisp, providing a comfortable night's sleep. The shower pressure was also impressive, making for a refreshing start to the day. Additionally, the wifi connection was amazing, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. It was also convenient to have a BP petrol station right next door, where we could grab a real coffee. I would recommend this motel for its clean rooms, friendly owners, and convenient amenities.

We liked that it was close to everything and the spa was good to relax before we settled in for the night. Would recommend to someone that didn't need anything too fancy or expensive.
The only complaint would be that there was nobody around when we went to check out, the office was still locked at 8.30am when on the door said opened at 7.30am.

Great value for money!
The motel owner, Tim, was extremely helpful and provided us with excellent recommendations for our time in the area. We stayed in a spacious studio unit with a kitchenette equipped with all the essential amenities - a fridge, toaster, microwave, and sink. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice, featuring a refreshing shower. The large bed provided a comfortable night's sleep.
Although the motel's location may not be ideal, considering it is a motor lodge, the price we paid made it a pretty good deal. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Rotorua, thanks to our great stay at Greenview Motel.

you get what you pay. If earplugs are already available in the room then you can guess how noisy it will become. Gas station just behind the hotel and gasoline-trucks unloading during the night.

Our city break was made more enjoyable by the spacious and clean room we were given, equipped with basic kitchen facilities including a decent-size refrigerator and free internet. Despite being a bit far from the city center, the hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, making it a good place to unwind after a busy day. the staff were extremely helpful, always ready to provide recommendations on where to eat and see around the city.
There were some downsides to our stay. The room was quite warm as there was no air conditioning, which made it slightly uncomfortable at times.
