I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the historical city center. The staff were very attentive and friendly, making my experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a lovely balcony and view overlooking the Volkhov River. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the Detenets and the Yaroslavovo Gorodishe. Plus, the breakfast provided was great, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.
All aspects of my stay were absolutely fine.

First of all it was the exellent location, you can walk in fife minutes to the kremlin or to the other places of interest. The view from the hotel is very beautifull. It was absolutely quiet on our floor.
The bathrooms should get some improvement.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. The value for money was excellent, with prices that were very reasonable. The attention to detail in this hotel was impressive, as the rooms were well-maintained and cleaned daily. I particularly enjoyed the rooms with a balcony and a stunning view of the surroundings, including scenic cathedrals and a beautiful river. The location of this hotel in the historical city center was unbeatable, with key attractions, cafes, and gift shops all within walking distance.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was wonderful and I couldn't find any major drawbacks.

Incredible value for money. The room rates were very affordable, especially considering the stunning location and views. Attention to detail. The hotel's staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, with well-maintained rooms and daily cleaning service. Perfect location in the heart of the historical city center. The hotel is situated right on the river bank, offering breathtaking views and easy access to landmarks, shops, and restaurants. Delicious breakfast with a good variety of options. The kitchen looked clean and the dining room was spacious and charming, with the added bonus of a patio for dining outside.
Everything was more than satisfactory.

Celebrating the New Year in this hotel was a great experience. The breakfast served was really tasty, they had a good variety of food and everything was fresh. , the location was perfect for us, as it was close to all the main attractions and places we wanted to visit. the views from the riverside rooms were stunning!
The hotel is still undergoing renovations and some areas are not yet finished. One of the biggest problems was that there was no working elevator, which was very inconvenient for us carrying our luggage up and down the stairs.

This hotel's location in the historic center couldn't be better. With views to the river and Kremlin, it's an excellent choice for those wanting to explore the city. The attentive staff made some nice recommendations, and the rooms were comfortable despite the outdated decor.
Sadly, the outdated amenities at the hotel left a lot to be desired.

The location was perfect for a weekend getaway. It was close to a grocery store and an indoor food market, plus a footbridge that led to the town center across the river. The view of the river was breathtaking and the historical cathedrals were a treat to watch from the balcony. The dining area had a spacious patio for outdoor dining and a ping pong table for those who enjoy it. Breakfast was included, which was a huge bonus, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
We stayed in the cheaper room which lacked a balcony and had no carpet. The noise from a nearby mechanic's yard was bothersome and there was no mosquito net in the room.
