First off, the rooms were so hot and stuffy and if you opened the window the traffic was close and very loud.
The king/bridal suite is exceptionally so.
I was on a business trip and the restaurant was a set price dinner on the night before Valentine's Day.
The food is TO DIE FOR, even when made to serve 100 people at once.
All staff, not just management, are top notch, deliver outstanding service, and anticipate your needs.
The staff answering the phone were incompetent and rude.
I ended up getting no help or apoligies from the staff.
