  Drinks at sunset on the terrace facing the hills is pretty perfect, i'm a local, and have stayed at the ritz carltons and four seasons in our area as well as sf, the best hotel staff I have ever encountered. The rooms are fantastic in casita like buildings and service is friendly and attentive. Beds are very comfortable, newspapers are available at breakfast and the restaurant has a great selection. Spa is very impressive.

  The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the area, decor are very good, buildings are spacious and well designed. The interiors of the rooms are wonderful and comfortable bed, great shower and I loved the walk in closet. This bar is wildly popular and attracts a lot of singles, the food is excellent, the pool is very nice and the spa has all the amenities.

  Great location and beautiful place. Interior lovely and excellent service. The rooms large and comfortable, hot bar, the breakfast at Madera was pricy, and the waite was long. Dinner was delicious and the gym had good equipment.

  The rooms are really nice, and the pool area is beautiful, the hotel decor is California Ranch and done very well, on the plus side, the staff are extremely accommodating. The beds are super comfortable, the food is absolutely wonderful and the spa is huge and one could spend the entire day relaxing and enjoying all has to offer.

  The location is in many ways ideal and the Madera restaurant and bar adjacent to the hotel lobby is a hot spot for locals. The staff is very nice, large countertops in the bathrooms to lay out your toiletries and the food choices are varied and the preparation is terrific. The spa is fabulous.

  The hotel was gorgeous, service was prompt and room was huge and we were upgraded was nice. Breakfast at madera were excellent, the outdoor bar had a great wine list and the spa was worth the price.
