Staying in this prime Uptown hotel, with its marble areas paved in marble and all the amenities could wish for, sends a message to those who hear you are staying here. The location is perfect, next to all the shops you wish to visit as well as upscale office complexes, there is an old world charm which will win you over in the elegant yet comfy rooms which are packed with luxury bath goods, the staff will trip over themselves to assist you, and the hotel also offers an amazing Nobu restaurant, an amazing spa and a superb work out area.

Great location in uptown Dallas, the spa has the very best massage artists and facialists in town, the hotel is in a very nice and safe area. The building is a beautiful one, the price is fair, cleanliness and attention to detail is exceptional, the staff is out of sight nice, prompt and courteous. The rooms are amazing and the maids take good care of cleaning up and are timely. The gym is excellent.

The common areas are gorgeous, the convenience store across the street has great breakfast tacos and the hotel is beautifully appointed and very well maintained. The dinning area has a balcony that opens up to a wonderful view of downtown Dallas, nobu restaurant in the hotel is delicious and from the beautiful lobby you enter to the very elegant spa. My room was spotlessly clean, spacious, elegant, quiet, and had a very nice view, the food at Beaunash was fabulous and had a very romantic setting. The service was perfect and concierge was good. The bed was super comfortable and the bedding was soft and comfortable as well, nobu's bar was cool at night, my spa experience was excellent.

Netd a much better place and best staff. The beds were heavenly and the food was excellent. The concierge, ashley, was fantastic and always went above and beyond for us, the gym was large.

The decor in the lobby area and the conservatory is wonderful and we liked our room too, its Dallas Tx and the pool is outside, and heated.

The bathrooms needed an update badly and the elevators can be a bit slow.
