It is also in a good location, not too far from the airport and close to many attractions, Sea World was only a few minutes away.

The only thing I did not like about the resort was the location, it was a little bit of a trip to get anywhere.

Understandably, the hotel is trying to "go green" by asking guests to re-use bath towels, etc and that bed linens be changed every 3 days.

The only thing they ever did in our room was make the bed (the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in) and replace towels.

Checkin in went very smoothly, room was large, great bed, room included a refrigerator.

Our room was sufficiently appointed with a very comfortable bed and the views over the golf course were magnificent.

We didn’t eat any meals in the hotel restaurants, only food served from the market downstairs, coffee shop, and during a banquet so are unable to comment on restaurants.

DINING: We ate one lunch and one dinner in the restaurant on the bottom floor of the hotel.

Third, the food was greatly overpriced, whether it was the coffee shop, the restaurants, or the "deli.

The exception is the restaurant, bar and catering staff.

The second restaurant downstairs has daily buffets of breakfast at $16.

The front desk staff could use a little more work on customer service.

There is no free breakfast, no free parking (even self parking costs), no free coffee, no free gym (cost $10 for one day or $20 for your stay) this happened to be a good thing for the women because you got use of the steam room, sauna, and.

That fee included use of the very nice spa (hot tub, sauna, steam, complimentary fruit , cookies and tea!

If I had to make a recommendation to the management, I'd ask them to make the lap pool (near the spa) to be an adults-only, quiet pool area, as the finer hotels often do.

Internet - They charge $5 per hour, $15 per day for high speed and only offer free wireless in the lobby and other "specific" locations.

They eventually got wireless microphones but even then it was just a louder distortion.

We felt the rooms were clean, spacious, and very nicely furnished.

Housekeeping did not clean our room one of the days we were there.
